** To apply for a visa, the embassy must:

  • to have the work permit in his possession. The shipping cost of this work permit will be charged separately to the host family.
  • Proof of payment of the administrative contribution to the Immigration Office. This fee is paid after the work permit is issued and is paid directly to the federal services by the host family.
  • Proof of a flight ticket. This cost is borne by the host family. O-pair office relieves the host family of the burden of finding the most advantageous ticket.
  • The cost of the visa is the responsibility of the Au Pair.
  • There is an additional charge of €250 for applying for a visa in the Philippines due to the additional documents required.
